Whilst we endeavour to keep healthy stocks of our entire product range, from time to time we will run an out of an item. Our lead times are usually less than 2 weeks however for a more precise date please contact us.

Yes, to obtain a brochure click on the 'contact us' link in the top right hand corner of the home page and fill out the form adding that you would like to request a brochure in the comments box. Alternatively you can download our brochure using the link to the right of the screen or by clicking downloads at the top of the page.

We can send out samples of our products lines however due to the cost of doing so they need to be paid for through the website. Our sample packs can be found by visiting the samples category or by searching for "samples" in the product search bar.

All orders received before 2pm will be sent on a next working day delivery, this is dependant on stock. for more information please view our delivery and returns policy

In the unlikely event of goods not being received after an order has been placed, please call us immediately and we will endeavor to get your goods to you as soon as possible.

If you wish to cancel your order the then you should phone (0845 3700 161) or email us (sales@remmer.net) as soon as possible, if your order has already been despatched then there will be a £20 charge.
